Component Assembler

1st shift, 6am - 2:30pm If we are on 10 hrs. we stay until 4:30pm for overtime. Pay rate $17/hr

: 2nd shift, 4:30pm - 1:00am If we are on 10 hrs. we stay until 3:00am for overtime. Pay r…ate $18/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to assemble components using various h…and andpower tools according to specifications.

• Ability to read blueprints and/or standard work instructions.

• Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.

• Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.

• Ability to identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.

• Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.

• High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.

• Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.

• Willingness to learn and operate in multiple stations within the department.

• Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed

• Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments

• Exceptional customer service skills and a great teamwork are required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.

• One-year experience in manufacturing assembly.

• Solid mechanical background required
