What you’ll tackle

• Cut and assemble parts to precise customer specs
• Read and follow work instructions accurately
• Use measuring devices and hand tools to maintain quality
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and workmanship

What it takes

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production assembly experience
• Ability to read a ruler and take exact measurements
• Strong attention to detail with solid manual dexterity
• Basic math skills and comfort reading a ruler
