Miller Electric, an ITW company, is looking for a motivated Component Electrical Engineer to join our Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Center of Excellence (CoE). As a Component Electrical Engineer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our products by managing the lifecycle of electronic components and collaborating with teams across engineering, sourcing, and production. You'll help ensure seamless product development by aligning Bill of Materials (BOMs), solving obsolescence challenges, and recommending cost-effective solutions. You will drive efficiency, maintain strong vendor partnerships, and optimize supply chain. To succeed, you'll need strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-focused approach. Ability to work independently, drive change, and deliver tangible impact will be key to influencing our products, processes, and long-term success.
