This exciting position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge materials and contribute to the creation of extraordinary vehicles that push the boundaries of design and engineering.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and work with composite components for high-performance vehicles.
Install custom Composite Body panels onto production vehicles.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and durability.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues in real-time.
Fabricate brackets, solve problems and repair body panels if necessary.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in composite assembly and fabrication techniques.
Strong understanding of materials science and composite properties.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
