What a day looks like

You arrive at our Northbrook facility ready to keep production moving. First stop: receiving. You check in inbound pallets, compare packing slips to orders, and flag anything that doesn’t match. A forklift run brings raw materials to machining cells that rely on your timing. Midday, you stage finished parts for shipment, wrap and label skids, and coordinate with carriers. Before shift’s end, you sweep your aisles, spot-check inventory, and make sure tomorrow’s work orders have what they need. Every move you make helps our team build precision composite components for demanding aerospace, aviation, automotive, and industrial applications.

Core responsibilities

• Transport raw stock and completed parts safely and efficiently between warehouse, receiving, and production areas.
• Replenish materials to production departments based on daily work orders and priorities.
• Load and unload trucks; verify counts and condition, and escalate discrepancies or damage.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment with strict adherence to safety practices.
• Support shipping, receiving, labeling, and orderly storage of inventory.
• Maintain organized, clean, and hazard-free aisles and work zones.
• Assist with cycle counts and broader inventory control activities.
• Follow all company safety standards and workplace policies.

About you

• Experience in warehousing or material handling (preferred).
• Forklift experience or certification (preferred).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Detail-focused, organized, and dependable with strong attendance.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team in a manufacturing setting.
