Now Hiring Composite Panel Production Operators | Spanish Fluency Required | Manufacturing Facility – Albany, GA
Southern Point Staffing is now hiring Composite Panel Production Operators for a manufacturing company located in Albany, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong work ethic. You will be working with industrial materials such as paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane in a hands-on, team-based environment.
Position Overview:
  • Full-time, long-term opportunity
  • Indoor warehouse environment
  • Pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to assemble composite panels using paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane materials
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications
  • Apply resin mixtures (polyol and isocyanate) during panel production
  • Follow established procedures for thermoforming and composite bonding
  • Inspect finished panels for quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in Spanish
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Spanish fluency required (bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred (training available)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Must provide verifiable work history and professional references

Schedule and Compensation:
Pay: Based on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00pm –6:00am
