Composites Manufacturing Student

We are looking for a Composites Manufacturing Student to join the Manufacturing Engineering team in the field of composite materials within an advanced aerospace environment. Join a professional team that promotes innovation and hands-on learning in the world of advanced manufacturing.

In this role, you will:

• Assist manufacturing engineers in engineering activities for aerospace projects while being mentored by experienced team members
• Support the transfer of composite structure designs from development to prototype and series production
• Take part in defining and monitoring production processes and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist in defining production tools and tooling designs
• Write and update process documentation and work instructions
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production interfaces
• Update production files and aerospace BOMs

Requirements:

• B.Sc. student in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
• At least one academic year remaining
• Availability for 2-3 workdays per week (advantage for higher availability)
• Basic knowledge of production processes and familiarity with composite materials (advantage)
• Proficiency in CAD software (advantage for CATIA)
• Good level of English
• Team player, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Option to combine an internship or academic project if relevant to the role
