\nRole Description The Composites Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonboro, SC. This position is responsible for hands-on fabrication and assembly of composite parts, including preparing materials, laying up fiberglass and other composite materials, and operating tools and equipment according to work instructions and engineering specifications. Daily tasks include building and maintaining plugs and molds, trimming and finishing components, performing quality checks, and documenting work to meet project and industry standards. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, collaborating with engineering and production teams, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The technician will support continuous improvement of work processes and may assist with prototype builds, training, and troubleshooting production issues.
