Contribute to our mission of environmental stewardship and make every day a step towards sustainable practices and community impact.Responsibilities:Yard Waste Management: Sift through yard waste to remove trash and transport to dumpster in a small front loader.Equipment Operation: Operate various pieces of equipment, including a standard shift truck delivering water or fuel, small front loader, and skid steer.Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and your team.General Tasks: Assist with loading and unloading materials, organizing materials for compost, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Skill Growth: Showcase your strong work ethic and eagerness to grow by taking on a variety of responsibilities while also expanding your skill set. Qualifications:Experience in warehouse operations or similar environment preferred.Driving stick shift/manual transmission trucks, a plus.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in varying weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.Passion for environmental sustainability and willingness to work with organic materials.As an important part of our hiring process, our candidates must go through a background check, in order to comply with the Department of Transportation requirements.  Additionally, we do extensive drug testing including urine, breath alcohol, and invasive hair follicle testing.
