Job Description
This 2nd shift Compounder position focuses on spray-dry compounding in a production environment. The role involves accurately retrieving, weighing, and mixing ingredients, processing liquids and powders using homogenizing and spray-dry methods, and maintaining strict quality and food safety standards. You will work cross-functionally in a team setting to support batch production of food, flavor, and fragrance products.

Work Environment
The role operates in a team-based, cross-functional production environment focused on food, flavor, and fragrance products. You will work with scales, mixing equipment, hot plates, homogenizing systems, and spray-dry compounding equipment while adhering to GMP and food safety standards. The position is on a night schedule (3rd shift hours listed as Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.) and involves standing, moving materials, and working around active production lines. A uniform and proper PPE are required and must be worn for the duration of the shift, reflecting the emphasis on safety, sanitation, and product quality.
