What You'll Do as a Compounder:- Produce batches that meet all quality parameters in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMPs to ensure accurate compounding
- Complete assigned batches according to production schedules and requirements
- Monitor batch yields and investigate/report any variances from acceptable ranges
- Maintain equipment operation by performing basic upkeep and reporting malfunctions
- Ensure proper sanitation and preventative maintenance of compounding equipment
- Reduce waste and control costs by minimizing scrap and inefficiencies
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including safe disposal of materials
What You Need to Bring to the Compounder Role:- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience required; mixing or compounding experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of chemical handling, weighing, and mixing processes
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (license required)
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately and consistently
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
