Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely while transporting raw materials and finished products.
-Prepare and compound batches by reading batch sheets, weighing materials, operating mixers, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
-Track production batches, print labels, close work orders, and maintain accurate production records using ERP systems.
-Package finished products into pails, drums, totes, or tanks while following FDA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, USDA, and company quality standards.



Required Skills & Experience

-High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or compounding experience.
-Experience operating forklifts and working with industrial equipment such as mixers, pumps, scales, valves, and hoses.
-Basic computer skills, including data entry and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and distinguish colors as required for production processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Experience using Microsoft Excel, Sage, or similar manufacturing software.
-Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
