We are seeking a Compounding and Sterilization Group Lead - 3rd Shift to oversee production activities supporting manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX.
In this role, you will
- plan, direct, and monitor production to meet quality, schedule, and efficiency targets
- coordinate with various departments to develop schedules and allocate resources
- manage maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with policies
- train associates, review documentation, and oversee line changes and safety protocols
- serve as a key communication point and ensure a safe, clean working environment
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. The shift is Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
