Mission Statement
The mission of the Compounding Clerk is to support the success and efficiency of the Compounding Department through strong administrative coordination, operational support, and cross-functional communication. This role is dedicated to ensuring accurate reporting, organized documentation, effective inventory coordination, and seamless communication between Compounding and other departments. By learning and utilizing CIN7 CORE, the Compounding Clerk will help strengthen operational visibility, maintain accurate tracking systems, and contribute to the overall organization, efficiency, and execution of daily compounding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Departmental Support
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the Senior Compounder and Head of Compounding
- Act as a communication liaison between Compounding and other departments including Production, Quality, R&D, and Operations
- Coordinate and organize department documentation, records, and reporting
- Assist with scheduling, tracking priorities, and follow-up on departmental action items
- Support department organization and workflow management
Reporting & Documentation
- Create, maintain, and distribute operational reporting documents
- Assist with inventory tracking, material usage documentation, and production-related reporting
- Maintain accurate records for compounding batches, materials, and departmental activities
- Support data entry and reporting accuracy within company systems
CIN7 CORE Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize CIN7 CORE for inventory and operational support
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and inventory movement tracking
- Support reporting and documentation generated through CIN7 CORE
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate system data and operational visibility
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for the Head of Compounding regarding department communication and coordination
- Help facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operational execution
- Escalate operational concerns, delays, or discrepancies when needed
- Support department initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and software platforms
- Experience with reporting, inventory systems, or ERP systems preferred
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Proficiency Required
- Experience with CIN7 CORE or ERP systems is a plus
