Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay: $22.00 - $31.25/hourly *Depending on experience* + 15% Shift Differential

We are seeking a motivated individual interested in a career in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an Compounding Manufacturing Operator role where we are willing to train candidates who have experience working in cleanroom, sterile, laboratory, or other highly controlled environments.
\n

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows procedures exactly as written, takes documentation seriously, and understands the importance of quality and compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

- Accomplishes manufacturing activities per detailed procedural guidance with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- \n
- Performs handling of hazardous materials in compliance with site, industry, local, and federal regulations.
- \n
- Executes specialized responsibilities mandated by detailed written procedures, site, industry, local, and federal regulations.
- \n
- Assures and completes detailed documentation that is a correct and accurate record. Addresses procedural and documentation errors expeditiously and effectively.
- \n
- Continuously updates job knowledge by participating in job specialized training requirements.
- \n
- Participate as a contributing member in continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- \n
- Consistently projects a positive attitude and example for other department team members/operators to emulate.
- \n
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- \n

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- \n
- Demonstrated job stability on resume.
- \n
- 1+ year of experience in a GMP-regulated, cleanroom, food manufacturing, healthcare, laboratory, or similarly controlled environment.
- \n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly.
- \n
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where documentation and compliance are critical.
- \n
- Eager to learn, receive coaching, and develop a long-term career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- \n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- \n
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
- \n
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing 20+ lbs.
- \n
- Comfortable performing extensive cleaning and sanitization activities throughout the day.
- \n
- Able to work while wearing required cleanroom gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.
