PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Home infusion experience required.
• Strong clean room knowledge and sterile compounding experience.
• Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule when operational needs require extended hours.

PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform final pharmacist verification and clinical review of medications.
• Review laboratory results and ensure appropriate medication therapy management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications, including dosage, side effects, interactions, and storage requirements.
• Support sterile compounding operations and ensure adherence to established procedures and safety standards.
• Compound medications for internal and external use as needed.
• Prepare sterile solutions and verify accuracy and quality.
• Monitor medication compliance and identify potential drug-related concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff.
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory and maintain adequate medication and supply levels.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
