We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Orlando, Florida. Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!
Practice Details:
Strong surgical volume: 400–1,000 procedures annually Updated technology and robust support (dedicated tech, with scribe support during ramp-up) Support of ODs! Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads! Low turnover rate (4%) See an Average 30–40 patients/day MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds Call shared equally among MDs and ODs Collegial group with strong collaboration!
Compensation and Benefits!
Relocation assistance available Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in) Equity grants available for hard-to-fill markets (up to $100K in stock Day 1) Salary based on experience with two models: Base + production (30% past 3x base in collections) Straight % of net collections (with 1-year base guarantee) 401k with 4% match (after 12 months) Medical/dental/vision through United Healthcare Malpractice + short- and long-term disability + life insurance 15–25 PTO days (vacation/sick/CE) + 5–7 paid holidays CME allowance $1,500–$2,500 annually Life insurance Total benefits package valued at ~$30,000 $150,000-$200,000 signing bonus
Schedule
Full-time, 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option) Monday–Friday schedule
