Partnership Opportunity:  Yes after 3 years

Target Compensation:  $300K plus depending on experience.

Bonus Opportunity: Yes, 30% after collecting 3x salary

Current patient volume: 30-35 patients per half day

Estimated Surg Volume for this role:  500 -1000 in first year

Support Staff: Full comprehensive support staff

Hospital Call:  None required but can take trauma call with our trauma center (pays $2000 per 24 hour shift)

MDs on Staff:  2

ODs on Staff:  1

Partners:  1

OD Network: Strong

OD – patient per day expectation: 60-70

Refractive Surgery - Lasik: None currently but can invest in updated femtosecond/excimer lasers

Laser - O.R.:  Ellex Reflex Tango YAG/SLT, Belkin Voyager DSLT, Iridex Diode

Vit System:  Part of our Centurion phacoemulsifiction units

Hospital Affiliation:  None

ASC: Yes -attached to primary office with opportunity to become share holder after 2 years
