Compressed Schedule Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and factory environment by using tablets and computers to manage orders, transport materials across a large campus, and maintain clean, safe equipment. You will perform shipping and receiving activities, pick and pack orders, and handle materials throughout the facility while working a 12-hour shift schedule. The position combines warehouse stockroom duties with cross-training for factory support roles, requiring consistent attention to detail, safework practices, and the ability to be on your feet for most of the day.
Responsibilities
Use tablets, computers, and spreadsheets to access, review, and process orders accurately.
Work throughout the campus to transport materials safely between warehouse, stockroom, and factory areas.
Perform shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and loading materials and products.
Receive orders, verify accuracy, and deliver materials throughout the facility in a timely manner.
Pick, pack, label, and palletize products according to order requirements and inventory procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (including sit-down forklifts) once trained and authorized.
Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to perform order picking, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and support warehouse distribution activities.
Support warehouse stockroom operations outside the factory and prepare materials for factory use.
Train for and perform factory support roles, including FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover responsibilities.
Work inside the factory in a cleanroom environment while wearing a full protective “bunny suit.”
Walk extensively throughout the factory and warehouse to support production and material flow.
Clean specific tool equipment and ensure work areas remain orderly, safe, and compliant with site policies.
Follow all safety guidelines, site policies, and procedures at all times in a safety-conscious environment.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily warehouse and factory support tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use tablets and basic software applications.
Experience with spreadsheets to track and manage orders, inventory, or related data.
Previous warehouse experience in order picking, shipping and receiving, or logistics.
Ability to use RF scanners or RF scan guns for order picking, inventory control, and stocking.
Experience with picking and packing, order pulling, and palletizing in a warehouse setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift, including extensive walking inside the factory.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders, inventory, and factory support tasks.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while following detailed policies and procedures.
Willingness to wear a full protective “bunny suit” and work on your feet for most of the day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse logistics and distribution operations.
Background in inventory control, warehouse inventory, and stockroom support.
Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Familiarity with sit-down forklifts and warehouse forklift operations (advanced forklift training provided after hire).
Experience with unloading, loading, packing, and stocking in a warehouse environment.
Comfort working in a highly safety-conscious environment with strict procedures.
Ability to adapt to cross-training for multiple roles, including factory support functions like FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position in a large, high-tech campus environment. The schedule follows Shift 7: Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Work takes place both in warehouse stockrooms and inside the factory in a cleanroom setting. The environment is fast-paced and highly safety-conscious, with strict adherence to site policies and procedures. You will have abundant support and training as you learn warehouse and factory support functions. The role requires extensive walking and standing for most of the 12-hour shift. The dress code includes casual workwear appropriate for an industrial environment, along with steel or composite safety shoes that cover the ankles. Above-ankle steel-toe footwear is required when supporting the warehouse, and good quality walking shoes are important for factory support duties. You will regularly use tablets, computers, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts in a structured, team-oriented setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
