You’ll build, assemble, repair, and maintain compression molds; execute engineering changes; and troubleshoot performance issues to protect quality, safety, and customer specifications. You’ll validate fit and function through inspection and support tryouts, partnering with Program Managers, Tool Designers, CNC Machinists, and Manufacturing to drive reliable launches and continuous improvement.Required:- High School Diploma/GED- Journeyman Mold Maker certification, DOL apprenticeship completion, or equivalent experience- 5+ years mold building/repair/toolmaking experience- Ability to read engineering drawings/CAD, GD&T; strong knowledge of tool steels/heat treat- Spotting/benching/polishing/venting/fit-up skills; machining process familiarity (milling, grinding, drilling, EDM)Ready to put your craft on the line?
