Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3%2B months experience working in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience working on Molding equipment/machines is preferred
Technical aptitude / trainability
Ability to follow work instructions and have high proficiency in one of three molding disciplines: large plates, single operator jobs or bushings.
Ability to perform visual inspections and identify non-conforming part and escalate to proper personnel
Knowledge of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, etc.
Demonstrate basic blue print reading
Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor or Cell Lead
Responsibilities:
This position will set-up all required mold tooling and materials per work order instructions.
In addition, this role will be responsible for operating molding presses, handling tool equipment to perform job duties.
The role is responsible for running production orders safely while maintaining quality of molded products.
Unload finished parts using various hand tools.
Manually control processes using electronic controls and gages.
Trim and deburr parts using hand tools and shop routers.
Non Temperature controlled area but do provide fans and other ways to keep employees cooled off

Also no shift differential for off shift as a temp
Training would be on 1st (6am-230p) and the length depends on the candidate
