    Description

    • Develop, train and manage statistical data analysis.
    • Analysis using All of Us Research program data.
    • Analysis of RNAseq, proteomic, and multi-omic data.
    • Analysis of short and long read WGS data.
    • GWAS and PheWAS analyses.
    • Analysis of electronic medical records and survey data.
    • Assist in grant, progress report, and manuscript editing and writing with primary responsibility for planning and designing statistical data for proposals, reports, and manuscripts.
    • Design and preparation of high quality figures and tables.
    • Design and conduct research projects.
    • Advise and assist in determining statistical methods and analysis for research projects.
    • Analyze research results and help determine next steps.
    • Help train undergraduate and graduate students in the lab on biostatistical skills.
    • Assist in routine laboratory management and maintaining lab equipment.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Basic knowledge of genetics and biology.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment to support advanced scientific research.
