Computed Tomography Technologists (CT)

Radiology Department
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Certification/License: ·
· Must possess Advanced ARRT certification
· Possess current BLS certification
Experience:
· Must have 1-year clinical experience.
· Must have active state license .
Requirements:
ARRT certification (CT required/preferred)
Experience with IV starts and contrast
Experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting
Ability to pass background screening and credentialing
· Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Participate in on-call rotation and respond as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT imaging procedures across multiple body systems
Operate advanced imaging equipment, including CT scanners
Prepare and position patients; adjust technical settings for quality imaging
Administer IV contrast under radiologist supervision
Monitor patient condition and respond to adverse reactions
Maintain CT suite readiness and follow quality/safety standards
Maintain proper documentation and patient records
Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate data entry
