OverviewWe have an immediate opportunity for a CADD drafter in the Salt Lake County Utah area that will design underground and aerial telecom construction projects.Seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented individual that has AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience. The CADD Operator will perform various field and desk top design functions revolving around projects including, but not limited to, site surveys, field engineering, OSP design, encroachment permitting and CAD of aerial, underground, and buried telecommunication systems.ResponsibilitiesAbility to draft parcels, or subdivision boundaries from legal descriptions using CAD techniques (Civil 3D)Maintains average skills in the use of AutoCADAbility and acknowledge of perform Topographic survey, ALTA survey, Boundary Survey, As built Survey etc…Ability to read and plot Legal descriptionsUnderstands surveying terminologyQualificationsHigh School Diploma/Equivalent; Associates Degree or a Certificate from a technical school, preferably in AutoCAD3+ years of related experience utilizing AutoCAD or BluebeamProficient with AutoCADMust have construction knowledge in TelecomMust have the physical ability to walk job sites to measure poles and check utility separationsMust have a Valid driver's license and have the ability to drive a company vehicleProficient use of MS Office application including TEAMS, Word, Excel and PowerPointOvertime required during busy seasonWork within a team-oriented environment to successfully complete a high volume of projects within established budgets and deadlinesAdditional ResponsibilitiesCreate sketches, layouts, plans, and drawings for telecom underground and aerial construction projectsDevelop, modify, and review drawings according to client and/or company drafting standardsFollow City Requirements and Utility SpecificationsReview all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for engineering reviewVehicle and fuel card providedProfit sharing and bonus opportunitiesWe offer a generous benefits package including company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k and paid time off (PTO).Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.Compensation based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
