Your impact

As a computer-integrated machining operator, you’ll blend hands-on craftsmanship with automated systems to achieve high yield, tight tolerances, and consistent quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment; manage materials to keep production flowing
  • Perform line clearance, assemblies, changeovers, optical tool inspections, and mechanical/negative checks
  • Inspect parts using gauges and fixtures; apply statistical methods to oversee quality
  • Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
  • Adhere to SOPs and Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices; complete required training and documentation
  • Meet role requirements and support continuous and regulatory improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Onsite, 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST
  • No sponsorship or relocation available

Preferred profile

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
  • Organized, detail-focused, reliable, and collaborative

Technical competencies

  • Die attach/bonding processes
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; general equipment diagnostics
  • CNC tooling, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Production run setups and manual machining
  • Tool/die/mold setup and repair
