Core Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machinery with accurate alignment and calibration

Continuously observe machine performance; apply adjustments to maintain tolerance
Conduct routine maintenance to preserve equipment reliability
Inspect completed parts to confirm dimensional accuracy and compliance
Document production metrics and maintain precise records
Work cross-functionally to refine methods and increase efficiency
Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred
Demonstrated experience operating CNC equipment
Proficiency reading technical documents and prints
Strong grasp of CNC machinery, tooling, and processes
Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
Basic computer literacy for data entry and programming updates
Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime when necessary
