Job Title: Computer Quality Control (QC) Specialist
Location: Riverside
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday \u2013 Friday, 9AM-5:30PM
We are currently seeking a reliable candidate to join our team as a Computer Quality Control Specialist for one of our clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every computer leaving our repair center meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quality checks on repaired computer systems (hardware and software).
Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specs.
Conduct functional testing to ensure all components operate correctly.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve quality issues.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all QC findings and processes.
Provide ongoing feedback to help improve repair procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
Strong understanding of computer hardware/software.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Good communication skills for working with the repair team.
Prior experience in QC or a technical repair environment preferred.
