Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Summary:
Client is looking for a Computer Support Associate. Assignment will start 1st shift but during busy season and needs candidate will need to be flexible to work 3rd shift hours as well.

Responsibilities:

Deploying new computers to replace old ones.
Upgrading to Windows 11 from 10.
Imaging computers.
Disposing of outdated assets.
Utilizing strong software skills, including PowerShell and Python.
Being on your feet frequently and must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Wearing metatarsal safety boots from the first day.
Lifting and moving printers.

Documenting, recording, and distributing information, including updating assets in Service Now, following KB articles for problem resolution, and adhering to unit-specific processes.
Responsible for effective e-mail communications and the ability to create and maintain basic documents/records.
Recognizing and resolving problems with pre-established and documented solutions, and reporting issues that fall outside the scope of established procedures.
Maintaining equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations.

Qualifications:

1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.

Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
High School or secondary diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, plus intranet and internet functions.
Knowledge of computer security policies and general overall knowledge of computer security concepts.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.66 - $25.66/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
