Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The Part-Time Computer Support Specialist oversees the installation and turnaround of all Law School workstations with a working knowledge of Active Directory, along with network and file services. This position provides first-level support to all end users, including faculty, staff, and students, by responding by phone, email, and in person to service requests, and by handling routine questions about installation, operation, and usage of computer system software and business applications. The Computer Support Specialist also provides desktop and mobile device support as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. This position will also assist with classroom audiovisual technology and audiovisual support for events.

Qualifications

  • Job-Related Minimum Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of PC, Mac, and mobile device hardware and software support. Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and support. High school diploma or equivalent experience
