The Computer Support Specialist works with IT to support computer hardware and software, printers, barcode scanning and labeling equipment, IP phone system, networking devices and other related peripherals and software used throughout the business. The position is responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting key equipment and related systems used in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment, requiring a sense of urgency, attention to detail and a customer service focus. The successful candidate will be experienced supporting a variety of IT equipment and will have knowledge and skills that demonstrate that experience. Experience diagnosing and resolving problems quickly both as an individual and as a member of a team is critical. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
