Design and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and system integrations using tools such as Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, and ServiceNow ATF. Execute and validate end-to-end test scenarios across platforms like CPQ, CLM, DocuSign, SAP BRIM, and ServiceNow. Verify data flow and system interactions, identify defects, and assist with regression and smoke testing. Support CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers and analysts in Agile teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria. Log and track issues using Jira or ALM, and help improve overall quality metrics. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed.
