Computer User Support Specialist, Journeyman Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Antonio, TX (1 opening) or National Capital Region (1 opening) Work Setting: On-Site Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the assigned duty location.

Join Our Team ASI is seeking customer-focused Computer User Support Specialists to provide enterprise desktop and technical support.

What Youll Do

Deliver desktop and technical support

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Install and configure workstations and peripherals

Support user accounts and Active Directory

Resolve service requests and document solutions

Maintain workstation inventories

Support Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies

What Youll Bring Required

Active Secret Security Clearance

Associates degree in a related field

3+ years of desktop support experience

DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification

At least one current industry IT certification

Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred

Army or DoD IT experience

Microsoft 365

ServiceNow

Active Directory administration

Remote support experience
