Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. The CT Technologist will operate CT imaging equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain accurate imaging records, and collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred

  • Current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice

  • ARRT certification (R.T. (R) or R.T. (R)(CT)) required

  • CT certification preferred (or required based on state/facility requirements)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required

  • Fluoroscopy license and Venipuncture certification preferred or required based on state regulations

  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging equipment, anatomy, radiation safety, and patient care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols

  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation

  • Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain CT imaging equipment

  • Transfer images accurately through PACS and other imaging systems

  • Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and billing information

  • Follow radiation safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and infection control guidelines

  • Assist with contrast administration in accordance with certification and facility policies

  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care

  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
