General Statement of Duties: Staffs District concession stands in accordance with set rules and operating procedures.
Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision of the Facility Leader-CRC.
Essential Duties:
The following are examples of primary duties assigned to this position. Other related duties may be requested or required.
- Prepares and serves food and drink items to the public in an efficient and timely manner.
- Answers questions from the public and communicates with a friendly and helping demeanor.
- Collects daily receipts making accurate change for customers, takes inventory, restocks, and fills out appropriate forms.
- Operates cash box.
- Maintains all equipment, facilities, and fixtures in a clean and working condition and in accordance with public health standards.
- Reports any malfunctioning equipment or facility needs to supervisor.
- Is knowledgeable about District rules pertaining to operation of the concession stand and State Health Department regulations that govern safe operation of food preparation.
- Reports safety and health deficiencies to immediate supervisor.
Work Hours: This position is a seasonal position starting March 30th through October 12th. Hours vary with evening and weekend shifts
