POSITION: Part-Time Concessions Runner
LOCATION: Erie Insurance Arena
REPORTS TO: Arena Food & Beverage Coordinator
PAY RATE: $15.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Primarily evenings and weekends during events; occasional weekday shifts

Join our Food & Beverage team at Erie Insurance Arena as a Concessions Runner and help fuel the fun for thousands of guests. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure our concession stands stay stocked, kegs stay flowing, and every stand has what it needs to deliver top-tier service during every event.

What You'll Do

• Stock stands and bars according to order sheets prior to events
• Deliver perishable items to stands on event day
• Change kegs as needed throughout the event and store the empty kegs in the appropriate place
• Collect trash from all stands during and at the end of the event
• Ensure that all equipment is turned off and the stand is locked.  Follow and fill out the end of event checklist
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
• On non-event days, put orders of food, pop, dry goods and beer away
• Keep dry storage and coolers clean and rotate correctly
• Make popcorn for the stand and deliver before event days

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods (up to 5 hours)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Comfortable with basic math

• A calm, can-do attitude in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must pass a security/reference check and be bondable
