Concierge, Assisted Living Facility-Third Shift

Job Title: Concierge ICT/HCT

Job Summary

The Concierge serves as a vital link in assuring that all residents, families, and guests receive a truly exceptional experience at Cypen Towers. They will greet residents and visitors and provide assistance as required with an excellent level of service; responsible for proper etiquette answering phone calls and handling visitor arrivals expeditiously; provides tours upon request by Administration; distributes information and resources regarding Cypen Towers to residents, families and/or guests. Assist the Business Office Manager in clerical duties as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Greets all visitors and provides assistance as needed
• Provides concierge service to Cypen Towers' residents, families, and guests and arrange or coordinates any services needed
• Answers incoming calls and directs call or inquiries to the appropriate department or individual with the highest level of customer service skills
• Takes and distributes messages, provides information on services, and answers inquiries about community events
• Maintains an ample supply of Cypen Towers materials to be distributed upon request
• Provides service recovery when and where deemed necessary to residents and/or their families and guests, per established department guidelines
• Communicates to Nurse Manager and support departments (Environmental, Engineering, etc.) any concerns about resident status, needs or adjustment reactions
• Ensures that resident records are up to date including photographs
• Performs tours for guests as requested
• Performs clerical or other administrative support as requested
• Attends department meetings and in-services as needed

Job Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-oriented position, preferably in a Healthcare setting

Licenses/Certifications

• N/A

Abilities Required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
