Now Hiring: Concierge/Admin Support - Columbus, OH 43215
Pay: $19/hr | Schedule: Tuesday through Friday's 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
- Answer Phones
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing and Management Team
- Handle resident inquiries
- Monitor community entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- Track community entry/exit logs and visitor access
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and amenity area
- Support community events or special projects as needed
- Package receiving, organizing, and delivering
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team player
- Customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Prior concierge or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
- Detail Oriented with ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
