We’re searching for a dynamic and polished Concierge Superstar to join our team! This isn’t just a job – it’s a career in crafting luxury moments that resonate with our discerning clientele. You will serve as the first point of contact delivering an exceptional five-star luxury concierge experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression that reflects the luxury brand experience.
- Check in clients, verify appointments and accurately enter and maintain customer information within the dealership CRM/database.
- Escort clients throughout the showroom and dealership, ensuring a personalized, white-glove experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate communication between clients, sales team, service team and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls, emails, and messages to confirm customer satisfaction, appointment reminders and ongoing client engagement.
- Answer and direct incoming calls while handling client inquiries with professionalism, discretion and urgency.
- Maintain accurate customer logs, visitor records, and daily concierge activity reports.
- Manage inventory for customer amenities, office supplies, marketing materials, and hospitality items, always ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Track café log, monitoring purchases between sales and services clients
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, filling, scheduling document preparation, and record maintenance, lost and found with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain an immaculate lobby area, client lounge, and hospitality spaces that reflect luxury dealership standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations while consistently exceeding client’s expectations through exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- Professionalism: You’re polished, personable, and always deliver service with a smile.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
- Experience: 2-5 years in customer service within a luxury environment, such as 5-star hotels or high-end retail. Automotive experience? That’s a bonus!
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred – our clientele is global, and so are we.

- Flexibility: Our luxury clients rely on us when they need us – weekends and evenings (up to 8 PM) are part of the deal.
Physical Requirements:
- On Your Toes: This role requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Comfortable shoes (but classy ones!) are a must.
