SUMMARY: A VIP Services Concierge is the primary contact for premium clients and guests during Gillette Stadium events, including Patriots home games and concerts. Staff will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service with professionalism and courtesy in order to enhance the game day experience in our premium areas. VIP Services Concierge are required to work all Patriots home games as well as other special events throughout the year. Staff will work as part of a team dedicated to excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and assist all fans in a friendly, courteous, and approachable manner
Engage and educate guests on premium facilities, amenities, and game day happenings
Assist with Patriots Alumni autograph sessions, Cheerleader visits, game day giveaways, and post-game activities
Proactively identify potential service issues and engage the applicable personnel
Communicate observations and feedback to management in order to ensure efficient resolutions
Field requests for special arrangements or services
Provide guests who require mobility assistance with appropriate accommodations
Maintain the highest emphasis on safety and security at all times
Monitor entertainment within premium areas including televisions, video walls, and sound systems
Ensure proper set up and break down of premium areas
Work with VIP Services staff, managers, and other departments to create an outstanding team environment
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
