We are accepting resumes for an experienced Concierge to join our team. We are a beautiful A+ property in the heart of Garland, Texas and looking to hire ASAP.

Concierge, Full Time 9 am- 6 pm

The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment.
• High levels of professionalism and customer service.
• Must have the ability to multitask in a high traffic area.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Bilingual preferred 

Schedule: 

• Some Saturdays will be required 
• Monday through Friday- 9 am to 6 pm
