We are currently hiring professional and customer service-oriented Concierge / Gatehouse Security Officers for a residential condominium HOA community in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-end residential environment focused on safety, hospitality, and professionalism.

This role combines security responsibilities with concierge-style customer service. Officers will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while helping maintain a safe and welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring gatehouse and access control operations, verifying residents and visitors, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, conducting patrols as needed, responding professionally to incidents or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in a condominium HOA, gatehouse, concierge, residential, or hospitality setting. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently, maintaining accurate reports, using basic computer systems, and standing or walking for extended periods as needed throughout the shift.
