Concierge Hospitality

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM (M-F)

Job Description:
This role will support Hospitality services in a law firm environment. The candidate will assist with meeting and event setup and breakdown, breakroom servicing, and restocking, following up on reservation requests for meeting and event space, and daily checks for inventory and restocking in all conference rooms. Candidates with a background in a Corporate Hospitality setting would be helpful – at least 1 year of experience. Background in Corporate Hospitality in a law firm environment would be a big plus. This position is physically demanding, including multiple setup and breakdown of chairs, tables and other furniture. This position also includes extensive walking, and the ability to lift, pull or push 50 lbs or more.

Dress Code: In a conservative but business casual office environment, our Hospitality team wears solid black uniforms – short-sleeve polo shirts and business casual slacks. No denim, no short skirts, no halter tops, or bare midriffs. Jewelry should be kept to absolute minimum. Hairstyle should also be conservative and kept under control, as the position will be around food. No athletic shoes, and shoes should be color coordinated (prefer black).
