As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Provide information and support for resident services
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
This is a Part Time position, every other Saturday 8am to 4pm with opportunities to pick up other shifts.
