Concierge

This position offers a 12% commission and involves providing guest services at the Hotel Concierge Desk.

• Assist guests with area information, reservations, and booking excursions
• Respond to guest requests both in person and via communication channels
• Coordinate with staff to resolve guest needs and provide additional information upon request
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience preferred, physical ability to walk on various surfaces and lift up to 50 lbs., and the capacity to work outdoors, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, positive attitude, and knowledge of local destinations are essential. Ability to multitask, operate equipment, and communicate effectively is also required.
