From creating a polished lounge atmosphere to offering concierge-level service, youll help deliver the elevated experience the lounge is known for. What Youll Do Welcome every lounge guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warmth Provide personalized assistance, including local recommendations, hotel information, and concierge-style support Maintain a strong, attentive presence in the lounge to anticipate guest needs Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate to leadership when appropriate Uphold all Marriott brand and service standards Set up, monitor, and maintain breakfast, evening hors doeuvres, snacks, and beverage offerings Keep food displays fresh, stocked, and visually appealing throughout service periods Assist with basic food prep, replenishment, and safe food-handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas, tables, and equipment Ensure the lounge remains organized, inviting, and guest-ready at all times Clear and reset tables to maintain a seamless flow Monitor access to ensure only eligible guests enter the lounge Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment concerns promptly Maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy tiers, benefits, and lounge access policies Support inventory control and communicate supply needs Assist with VIP activations or special events in the lounge Complete opening and closing procedures accurately Maintain a neat, polished, professional appearance Follow all safety, security, and company policies Support leadership and assist with additional tasks as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Youre warm, attentive, and naturally guest-focused You take pride in creating a clean, polished, welcoming environment You enjoy working independently while still being part of a team Youre proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented You uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality
