Job Description

The Concierge Coordinator serves as an important point of contact for patients enrolled in the BHSF Concierge Medicine program. This role is responsible for coordinating and enhancing the end-to-end concierge patient experience across all assigned providers and service locations. The Concierge Coordinator coordinates the onboarding of new concierge patients, supports membership retention and communication efforts, and executes service recovery initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. Acting as a centralized coordinator between operations, physicians, scheduling, and clinical teams, this position ensures seamless coordination and personalized service delivery consistent with the standards of the Concierge Medicine Program.

Estimated pay range for this position is $21.88 - $27.79 hour depending on experience.

Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 Years in healthcare, concierge services, patient relations, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Knowledgeable of patient privacy protocols, HIPAA regulations, and hospital compliance standards. Interpersonal savvy with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR/scheduling systems, and patient relationship management tools.
