About the Role:

As a CBRE Concierge, you will be the cornerstone of our bespoke service, entrusted with anticipating and fulfilling the diverse needs of our discerning clientele. Your primary focus will be on the meticulous booking, confirmation, and maintenance of reservations for various services, experiences, and amenities, both within our establishment and externally. Beyond logistics, you will be a proactive ambassador of our brand, cultivating an atmosphere of sophisticated hospitality, where every detail is perfected and every visitor feels genuinely valued and understood. This role demands a high degree of independence, initiative, and a relentless dedication to crafting memorable, high-touch moments.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all reservation requests, including admission, dining, events, private experiences, and exclusive access opportunities.
  • Meticulously book, confirm, and manage reservations, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs related to reservations, offering thoughtful suggestions and alternative solutions to enhance their plans.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge base of our offerings, as well as local attractions, dining establishments, and exclusive events, to provide informed recommendations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all reservations and associated services are delivered flawlessly.
  • Consistently deliver personalized, high-touch service that anticipates and exceeds visitor expectations.
  • Warmly greet and welcome clients upon arrival, creating an immediate and lasting positive impression.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, curating bespoke experiences tailored to individual preferences and interests.
  • Demonstrate impeccable professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and occasional challenges with grace, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy, taking initiative to manage complex requests and resolve issues independently.
  • Cultivate a strong network of contacts to secure exclusive access and preferential treatment for clients and visitors.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to personalize the visitor journey and surprise and delight with thoughtful gestures.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding luxury environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
