The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.

Job Description:

The Springs at The Waterfront is currently hiring multiple customer service-oriented individuals to join our Concierge Team. By providing 24/7 concierge services to our residents, we aim to ensure that their lives are just a little easier here. We are seeking someone who is passionate about doing the right thing, detail oriented, provides exceptional service, and greets residents and guests by name with a warm smile. If you have a friendly voice, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and come to work each day with a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling transportation
• Making dinner and room reservations
• Coordinating resident requests and services
• Package/mail deliveries
• Answering phone calls
• Various other administrative tasks
• Comfortable responding to emergencies, and stay calm under pressure 

Qualifications:

• Love for seniors!
• Successful record in a customer service role
• Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite and various internet platforms
• Experience in high end hospitality or hotels a plus
• CPR and First Aid certified

Salary:

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Concierge position, with an hourly wage range of $19-$21 depending on experience. 

Schedule: Part time.
