As a luxury assisted living community, we operate much like a high-end hotel. And that means delivering the ultimate experience in guest services and hospitality every day and in every way.
We are currently seeking a Per Diem Concierge Greeter to provide coverage for shifts as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule and wants to be part of a supportive, resident-focused team. In this position, you’ll create an exceptional first impression of our community for all who visit our front desk. The attitude, demeanor, and professionalism you display will reflect the excellence of our service and the core values of our brand.
You’ll have frequent contact with residents, families, guests, and team members, so maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times is essential. The loving care, attention to detail, and superior customer service you bring to this role will help ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our residents each day.
Schedule:
This is a per diem position to cover shifts as needed. Shifts may be scheduled any day and at any time, based on the needs of the community.
Additional responsibilities include:
Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity
Taking accurate and courteous messages and promptly responding to resident requests
Greeting all visitors warmly and completing inquiry forms as appropriate
Responding to resident, guest, and team member inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Ensuring emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date front desk sign-in/out logs
Performing basic computer data entry as needed
Qualifications:
Clear, confident speaking voice (in person and over the phone)
Cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor
Attentive to details, situations, and emergencies
Strong and pleasant communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Respectful and polite with residents, guests, and colleagues
Flexible availability for varied scheduling needs
