We are seeking a highly motivated, full -time Concierge Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) with an aptitude for Functional Medicine to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in primary care and a strong knowledge of Functional Medicine principles, including hormone replacement therapy. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours between 10am to 5pm, emphasizing a healthy work -life balance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Concierge Physician - Compensation & Benefits<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Salary: $250K - $300K+ negotiable based on experience and credentials<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Open to variable and flexible schedules <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Concierge Physician - Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of patient care in a concierge setting, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation of treatment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Integrates primary care and Functional Medicine approaches to manage chronic conditions, provide preventative care, and treat less urgent acute conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborates effectively with other professional disciplines to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery, achieving desired patient outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provides leadership and expertise within the practice location.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manages a smaller patient panel to ensure exceptional, personalized care and care coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Concierge Physician - Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Primary Care).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> DEA License.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> State of Florida Medical License (or eligible).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum of 3 years' experience in primary care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Demonstrated knowledge of, and aptitude for, Functional Medicine principles and HRT.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prior experience in a concierge or direct primary care model is a strong plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>#MASC102
